Does Anyone Like Vintage

HAPPY 2011!!






try to get a good start on the first day of the year, I chose to go with the cake!
Here are my two freshly baked panettone, and a '"just" another form as a result of dough into little more' and 'out a bit' too much from paper mold, but ... who cares? The traditional home-made panettone has small difettini otherwise would not have no home?
one and 'opened after lunch ... excellent! This year 'come much better than previous years, a bit' more experience 'and a bit' of candied fruit and honey in more 'and voila' my cake:
